The practice of Traditional Hatha yoga can mean a lot to you. Becoming more aware of your body and mind, you feel from the inside fit and healthy, improve your posture, flexibility, strength and balance in your body and in your daily life experience and a deeper connection with yourself-your intuition.
Practicing yoga means much more than different postures (Asanas). It begins with having adopted the right posture, this is the time when you can go inside to look for what you experience in your body. By consistently practicing proper breathing (Yogic-Breathing) during asanas you activate the self-healing ability of your body wil give you healing from the inside.
Recurring physical and emotional symptoms can be overcome and/or alleviate by practicing yoga. make you learn reconnect with your own body, deepen your awareness, experience the power of deep abdominal breathing, see your body as a mirror how you handle yourself in your daily life, consciously finding your answers in yourself and to discover in your behavior and thinking patterns and discovering your truth within yourself back to your true source, your uniqueness.

Meditation is part of every yoga class. At the end of the lesson we do a reclining meditation to integrate lesson the effects of Yoga in your physical and energetic body. This is the most important and, for most people, the most challenging part of the lesson. Silence may confront in the beginning, we are no longer accustomed to be silent in this fast paced world. Precisely to go back to the silence gives peace, balance and gives new inspiration.
There are many advantages noticeable when you meditate regularly, to name a few; relaxation of body and mind, strengthens concentration, emotional balance, self-confidence grows and strengthens the capacity for self-reflection. By stillness in yourself you create for yourself a moment to tune in to the Higher-Self a power greater than you, where you can add your own words to.
