Goddess Kuan Yin the elegant goddess of compassion, friend and mediator The support, guide and guardian of all living beings. She is the great goddess of life itself. She helps us to let the control go, let down suppressed feelings, tolerate and sympathize, and help us to develop and accept our soft female side.
Guan Yin exceeds all religious boundaries. It brings the power of compassion, love, forgiveness and healing to this earth. Her colors are white and lavender, her flower is the five-leafed lotus:

Lotus Flower

Meaning of the Lotus Flower (Hindi: कमल पुष्प )

The lotus flower was its (wortels) in murky waters, but is blosseming open in clear open air that’s way it is a symbol for enlightment and the Darma in Boeddhisme. Also the Lotus flower is a symbol for untfolding of human-being mind by enlightments and insights. Every morning the lotus flower is opening to be perfectly clean, pure, spiritual awakening, rebirth and faithfulness. The breaking of the surface every morning is also suggestive of desire, this leads to it being associated with spiritual enlightenment.

As a lotus is able to emerge from Muddy Waters un-spoilt and pure it is considered to represent a wise and spiritually enlightened quality in a person; it is representative of somebody who carries out their tasks in life with little concern for any reward and with a full liberation from attachment.

It is very interesting how the open flower and the unopened Lotus bud forms are associated with human traits. The unopened bud is representative of a folded soul that has the ability to unfold and open itself up to the divine truth.
